Please power cycle Hero: unplug from the back, and leave it unplugged for 2 minutes. Plug in the Hero. Navigate to Check Cartridge to test if the door will now open automatically.
If that didn't help, please open the door manually using your safety key. Close the door. Navigate to Check Cartridge to test if the door will now open automatically.
