1. Please check if the power adapter's LED indicator is ON.
2. Please try a different outlet.
3. If that did not help, pls. make sure the device has access to Wi-Fi and follow these instructions:
- Unplug your Hero from the back, and leave it unplugged for 2 minutes.
- Before plugging the device back in, press and hold down together the center + down arrow keys.
- Plug the Hero back in while holding the buttons down. Keep holding until the LED ring around Hero's keypad starts showing a solid green LED ring.
