No, skipped medications cannot be dispensed remotely. They can only be dispensed from the smart dispenser within the default 4-hour dispensing window. You can adjust this setting in the app under More > Dispense Time Window. Use the plus and minus icons to set the number of hours that work best for you, or enable 'Allow to dispense outside window' to dispense for an additional 12 hours.
