Definition: A skipped dose is one that has been intentionally skipped by selecting 'Skip' on the app or smart dispenser.
Dispensing: On smart dispenser, navigate to Dispense > Skipped / Missed to dispense a skipped dose. Always consult with a healthcare provider when dispensing late / missed doses. Skipped doses can only be dispensed directly from the smart dispenser within the default 4-hour window. This setting can be adjusted in the app under More > Dispense Time Window using the plus and minus icons.
Additional Option: Enable 'Allow to dispense outside window' to extend the dispensing window by an additional 12 hours directly from the smart dispenser.
