Definition: A missed dose is one that was not dispensed during the default 4-hour dispensing window.

Dispensing: On smart dispenser, navigate to Dispense > Skipped / Missed to dispense a missed dose. Always consult with a healthcare provider when dispensing late / missed doses. After the window has passed, missed doses can only be dispensed directly from the smart dispenser if the 'Allow to dispense outside window' feature is enabled.

Adjustment: You can adjust the default dispensing window in the app under More > Dispense Time Window.
