Includes a risk-free trial, and a limited warranty. If at any point during the trial you decide Hero isn't the right fit for you, you can return it for a full refund in accordance with the Terms of Use. Additionally, if a subscription is canceled, the Hero device must be returned to ensure compliance with the subscription-based model. Devices purchased from third-party websites or other second-hand sources are not supported and cannot be activated or serviced.
For users seeking more cost-effective solutions, Hero offers a discounted option for prepayment at $29.99/month (whether you opt for 12-month, 24-month or 36-month prepayment), which provides savings compared to the standard monthly rate. This flexibility ensures affordability for long-term users.

2. Remote care program: Hero partners with a network of medical practices offering remote care programs. The programs include Hero’s smart dispenser and check-ins with licensed professionals—for as low as $0 (co-pays, coinsurance, and deductibles may apply). Check your eligibility here. To check eligibility, fill out a form at www.herohealth.com/provider-directory and the elected provider will contact you to verify insurance and schedule an virtual E/M visit to asses your medical necessity for the program. Once enrolled, Hero will be provided to you for the duration of the program.
Remote care program includes a personal care management team from partner providers, who will check on you monthly to help you set and reach your health goals. To stay enrolled, you must attend the required virtual monthly check-ins and use Hero to track your medication adherence.
