What is your policy regarding returns?

Hero out-of-pocket subscribers are protected by a risk-free trial. If at any point during the risk free trial you decide Hero isn't the right fit for you, you can return it for a full refund. You’ll just need to return the smart dispenser with the original packaging, in good condition. If you notify Hero of your decision to return the device during the risk free trial and ship it back, all subscription fees, including 12-, 24-, 36-month prepayments, will be fully refunded.

If you decide to return your Hero smart dispenser after your risk-free trial has ended, charges may apply, such as remainder of your 12-month commitment), or your prepayment may not be refunded.

To ensure that you don't incur any additional fees, please make sure you insert the Travel Bar and properly pack and return your dispenser within 30 days. We'll send you a prepaid return label and packaging instructions so that returning the smart dispenser is as smooth as possible for you. Any applicable refunds are processed automatically once the smart dispenser is received in good condition.

Think of the Hero smart dispenser as a device you’re leasing rather than owning. If you need to return it or replace it, make sure to send it back to us. Refunds will be processed after the return is verified by Hero’s system. If you encounter challenges with charge reversals or refunds, contact Hero Support promptly with documentation.
