I can’t find my return label

Your prepaid return label was sent automatically via email after your return or replacement was processed. To find your return label, go to your inbox using the email you signed up with and search for the Hero Cancelation or Exchange Confirmation email. Ensure you also check your spam or junk mail folders, as the confirmation email may sometimes be filtered there. In rare cases, delays in receiving the return label might occur if additional approvals or program discharges are required. Once these processes are finalized, you will receive an updated email containing the return label and necessary instructions.

Steps to Retrieve, Troubleshoot, or Request a Return Label

  1. Locate the email with the subject "Hero Cancelation Confirmation" or "Hero Exchange Confirmation."

  2. Tap on the return label link provided in the email to access your prepaid return label.

  3. If you’re unable to print the label, download it to your phone and show the PDF to staff at the carrier's drop-off location for processing.

  4. Double-check your spam or junk folders if the email is not in your inbox.

  5. For expired or invalid links, contact support to request a new prepaid return label. Make sure to use the new label within 30 days of issuance. If you continue experiencing issues, customer support can provide additional assistance or guidance for non-standard return situations.
