Your prepaid return label was sent automatically via email as soon as your return or replacement was processed. To find your return label, go to your inbox using the email you signed up with and search for the Hero Cancelation or Exchange Confirmation email. Ensure you also check your spam or junk mail folders, as the confirmation email may sometimes be filtered there. Additionally, confirm that the email address registered with your Hero account is accurate. You can verify your email address in the Hero app under More > My Account > Update email & password, or on your Hero smart dispenser under Device Settings > About > Device info.
Steps to Retrieve or Request a Return Label
Locate the email with the subject "Hero Cancelation or Exchange Confirmation."
Tap on the return label link provided in the email to access your prepaid return label.
If you do not receive the email, follow the steps below:
Request the return label to be resent by reaching out to Hero Member Support.
Confirm your shipping address for accurate label creation.
Alternatively, Hero Member Support can provide a return label via chat, which you can print at home or save to your phone for digital use during package drop-off. Additionally, follow the return email instructions to package your device safely, using the original packaging.
