If you cancel, your Hero smart dispenser will stop working. Don’t worry, you will still be able to get any remaining medication out of your Hero prior to returning it to us. Plus, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
Step-by-step instructions for removing your meds after canceling account
First, make sure you perform a factory reset on the smart dispenser by selecting Device Settings > About > Return Device.
Follow the instructions on the screen, and unload all medication into their original bottles or labeled containers.
Then, insert the travel bar into the back of Hero when prompted. If the travel bar does not fit fully inside Hero, try pressing the center button again while pushing in on the travel bar.
Once Hero confirms the travel bar is securely in place, unplug your Hero dispenser and get ready to pack it up.
