To set up your replacement Hero and transfer your account and medications from the old one, follow these steps:
Unbox and Set Up Your New Hero
Unbox your new replacement Hero.
Complete the setup tutorial, ensuring you connect it to your local WiFi network.
When your new smart dispenser reaches the connection code screen, open your Hero App.
Begin the Transfer Process
In the Hero App, navigate to the "More" tab and select "Set up a replacement Hero."
Select "Begin Transfer" and enter the setup code displayed on your new Hero.
Transfer Medications
Follow the prompts on the screens of both Hero devices to unload your medication from your original Hero and load it into the new one.
Finalize the Setup
Once the transfer is complete, insert the travel bar into the back of your original Hero. Ensure it's securely in place, then unplug it.
Use the original packaging to return your old Hero. Insert the travel bar to prevent transport damage.
If you've lost the original packaging or travel bar, let us know, and we'll send you a replacement (replacement packing may incur a fee).
