Setting up Hero for yourself is easy. To learn how to set up Hero, watch our video tutorial:
Don't have your dispenser yet? You can start setup early. In the app, choose 'I am new to Hero,' then 'Activate new subscription.' When asked if you've received your dispenser, select 'No, it hasn't arrived.' Enter the email you used to order Hero — if it doesn't match your order, you'll be asked for the setup code emailed to you instead. You can then create your account and track your dispenser's delivery status from the app while you wait, completing the remaining setup steps as you go. Pairing with the physical dispenser happens once it arrives.
