Don't have your dispenser yet? You can start setup early. In the app, choose 'I am new to Hero,' then 'Activate new subscription.' When asked if you've received your dispenser, select 'No, it hasn't arrived.' Enter the email you used to order Hero — if it doesn't match your order, you'll be asked for the setup code emailed to you instead. You can then create your caregiver account and set up your loved one's details, tracking the dispenser's delivery status from the app while you wait. Pairing with the physical dispenser happens once it arrives.
