Sometimes you might need to dispense medication outside of the scheduled times, such as when you're not near your Hero at a scheduled dose time and need to take the dose with you.

Dispensing a Future Dose
Access the Main Menu
Press any button on your Hero smart dispenser to access the Main menu.
Navigate to Future Dose
Select "Dispense."
Scroll down to "Future Dose."
Select and Dispense
Choose the dose you wish to dispense.
You can dispense any upcoming dose up to 6 days in advance.
Press the center button to start dispensing.
App Reminder and Recording
The Hero app will send you a reminder to take the medication.
The app will record your adherence accordingly.
