At Hero, we always strive to make sure your medication management experience is intuitive, easy, and hassle-free. But we understand that technology isn't always perfect and in rare cases, our smart dispenser may not be able to automatically dispense a specific pill. Don't worry, though, we got you covered!
If you have trouble dispensing a certain pill, the platform will ask you if you'd like to retrieve the pill manually or skip it. If you choose to retrieve it manually, Hero will open the door automatically to the relevant cartridge slot, ensuring that you can take your full dose.
Our platform will indicate how many pills to take, so you can feel confident that you're getting the correct dosage. Once you've taken the pills, simply return the cartridge to smart dispenser, making sure it's inserted all the way in, and close the door.
