Hero supports most pill sizes or shapes.

Some meds aren’t suitable for your dispenser (e.g. liquids). Hero reminds you to take and tracks all meds stored both inside and outside the dispenser, so we encourage you to still add the meds you will store outside.

Meds that should be stored outside:

• Liquids, gel-caps and dissolving pills or gummies that tend to stick together. (Fish oil, Vitamin D)

• Medicines with a narrow therapeutic
 window. These meds, when slightly misdosed, may lead to severe side effects. 
 (Digoxin, Warfarin, or Lithium)

• Medicines for acute conditions or
 life-threatening events, such as allergic reactions, asthma or heart attacks.
 (Epinephrine, Nitroglycerin)

Follow dosing instructions as prescribed by your physician and specified on the label.
