To prevent unintended dispensing, you have the option to enable a 4-digit medication dispense passcode on your Hero dispenser. Here’s how to set it up:
Open the Hero app and navigate to More > Notifications & Preferences > Dispense Passcode.
Select the medications you want to require a passcode for. Tap Next.
Use the arrows to set a four-digit passcode.
Select Save passcode.
To confirm and save the setting, select Confirm
Note: Remember, enabling the passcode is optional. You can manage passcodes for specific medications at any time by navigating to Meds > Select Medication > Dispense Passcode.
