Check Network Frequency
Ensure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz network, as Hero devices typically work best with this frequency.
Check Proximity to Router
Ensure your smart dispenser is within 75 feet of your router.
Reset Your Hero Smart Dispenser
Unplug the dispenser from the back.
Leave it off for at least two minutes.
Plug it back in and let it restart.
