How to Reconnect Wi-Fi

If you're having trouble connecting your Hero smart dispenser to Wi-Fi, follow these steps:

  1. Check Network Frequency

    • Ensure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz network, as Hero devices typically work best with this frequency.

  2. Check Proximity to Router

    • Ensure your smart dispenser is within 75 feet of your router.

  3. Reset Your Hero Smart Dispenser

    • Unplug the dispenser from the back.

    • Leave it off for at least two minutes.

    • Plug it back in and let it restart.

  4. Reset Your Router

    • Turn off your router for 10 seconds.

    • Turn it back on and wait for it to restart fully.

  5. Reset WiFi on the Dispenser

    • Access the dispenser's main menu by pressing any button.

    • Navigate to Device Settings > Wi-Fi Network > Reset Wi-Fi.

  6. Alternative Reset Method

    • If you cannot access the Main Menu:

      • While the Hero is unplugged, press and hold the Right and Left arrow keys.

      • Hold the buttons until you see a blue LED light.
