Check the Device Time
Check the home screen of your Hero device for the correct time. If it’s accurate, no further action is needed.
Ensure Wi-Fi Connection
Make sure your Hero is connected to Wi-Fi and has internet access. This is essential for updating the time during DST.
Power Cycle the Device
If the time is incorrect, unplug the device for 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
Once it reconnects to Wi-Fi, it should automatically adjust for DST. If not, proceed to the next step.
Update Time Zone Manually
Navigate to "Device Settings" > "Preferences" > "Timezone" on the device.
Select the correct time zone from the list. The device will display "Updating" during this process.
Check the home screen for the updated time once the process is complete.
