If you are a caregiver, who has admin privileges, then yes, you can remotely dispense medications from your phone. An individual becomes a Caregiver by setting up a Hero for a loved one.

If you are a teammate, and were invited to join Hero, you cannot dispense remotely. These roles cannot be changed.
