As a caregiver admin, you can invite your loved one (the primary user) to download and set up the Hero app so they can receive notifications. This option is available during the initial setup of the Hero Smart Dispenser or anytime in the Hero app’s More menu. Here’s how to send the invitation:
Navigate in the Hero app:
Go to More > Settings & Notifications > App Notifications.
Send the Invitation:
Tap ‘App’ to send an email invitation to the primary user. The email will include instructions on how to download and set up the Hero app.
Check Their Inbox:
A verification email will be sent to your loved one. Make sure they check their inbox and click the verification link in the email to complete the setup process.
Start Receiving Notifications:
Once the app is installed and verified, your loved one will start receiving timely reminders to take their doses, ensuring they stay on track with their medication schedule.
