Follow these step-by-step instructions to adjust your Hero’s volume:
Press the center button on your Hero smart dispenser to access the main menu.
Navigate to Device Settings and select Preferences.
From there, select Set Volume.
Use the up and down arrows to adjust the volume level to your desired setting. You can choose any level between 1 (the softest) and 6 (the loudest).
Once you've set your preferred volume level, exit the settings menu by pressing the center button.
