Troubleshooting setting up a new Hero dispenser

If you are having trouble setting up a brand-new Hero, here are a few things to check on:

  • Please check if you have removed the travel bar. It should be removed from the back of the device during setup. It looks like this:

  • Make sure your dispenser's cartridges are properly installed. Here’s a helpful video that shows you how to make sure your cartridges are secure:
