Troubleshooting Manual Retrieval
If your Hero dispenser cannot automatically dispense a pill, the platform will prompt you to either retrieve it manually or skip it.
If you choose to retrieve it manually, the door will open automatically to the relevant cartridge slot.
Follow the platform’s instructions on how many pills to take.
After taking the pills, return the cartridge to the dispenser, making sure it’s fully inserted, and close the door.
