How can I update my payment details?

Follow these step-by-step instructions if you wish to update or manage your payment methods, including credit cards, for uninterrupted access to the Hero app and the smart dispenser.

  1. On the Hero app, tap More

  2. Then, tap My Account (or Account Management)

  3. Next, tap Manage Subscription and select Update under the Payment method. Enter your card details and then hit Update Payment Method to save your new card.

  4. In the Manage Subscription section, you can also:

    • View your subscription fee and renewal date.

    • Prepay for extended periods to save costs.

    • Cancel your subscription, if needed.

  5. If you are unable to log in, use the one-time code. Open the Hero app and tap 'I'm an existing user', then add your email address and we'll email you a 6-digit one-time code you can enter in the app.

  6. Additionally, you can contact Hero Support at 855-855-9962 to update your payment information.

It is important to note that you can update your payment method only in the Hero app, or by calling Hero support.
