How can I reactivate my account?

To reactivate your account:

  1. Open the Hero app and tap on Update Payment Method.

  2. Either re-add your existing credit card if you've added funds or enter a new card if you'd like to use a different payment method.

  3. The payment will be processed automatically—please allow up to two hours for completion.
