To unlock your account, tap on Update Payment Method in the Hero app. Simply re-add the existing credit card if you’ve secured new funds on your account, or add another card if you wish to use a different account. The payment will be processed automatically, and it may take up to two hours to complete.

Our billing system attempts to charge the credit card on file. If there are any issues, we will send you an email to inform you and display the warning message in the app. Our system will re-attempt the charge for 7 days. If all our attempts fail, your smart dispenser will be deactivated, and your subscription may be automatically canceled, and you will be required to return the smart dispenser.
