How do I change the administrator on my Hero account?

If you're the current admin, follow these steps in the Hero app:

  1. Open the Hero app and go to More.

  2. Tap Account Management (or My Account).

  3. Select Email & Password.

  4. Under New Email Address, enter the email of the new admin.

  5. The new admin will receive a verification email—they must verify to complete the change.

Once verified, the new admin can log in and update their profile details in the app.

If you’re unable to log in with the admin email, call Hero Support at 855-855-9962 for help.

Not sure who the current admin is?
You can check on the Hero Smart Dispenser:

  1. Press any button to enter the main menu.

  2. Navigate to Device Settings > About > Device Info.

  3. You’ll see the current admin email listed there.
