If you are having problems connecting, here are some tips that could help:

  • Make sure your smart dispenser is no more than 75ft away from your router.

  • Reset your Hero smart dispenser by unplugging it from the back, leaving it off for at least two minutes, and plugging it back in.

  • Reset your router by turning it off for 10 seconds and turning it back on.

  • Go to your dispenser's main menu by pressing any button and select Device Settings > Connect to WiFi > Reset WiFi Chip.
