If you are having problems connecting, here are some tips that could help:
Make sure your smart dispenser is no more than 75ft away from your router.
Reset your Hero smart dispenser by unplugging it from the back, leaving it off for at least two minutes, and plugging it back in.
Reset your router by turning it off for 10 seconds and turning it back on.
Go to your dispenser's main menu by pressing any button and select Device Settings > Connect to WiFi > Reset WiFi Chip.
