At Hero, we always strive to make sure your medication management experience is intuitive, easy, and hassle-free. But we understand that technology is sometimes flawed and in rare cases, our smart dispenser may not be able to automatically dispense a specific pill. Don't worry, though, we got you covered!
If this happens, the platform will ask you if you'd like to retrieve the pill manually or skip it. And if you choose to retrieve it manually, we'll open the door automatically to the relevant cartridge slot, ensuring that you can take your full dose.
Our platform will indicate how many pills to take, so you can feel confident you're getting the correct dosage. Once you've taken the pills, simply return the cartridge to the Hero smart dispenser, making sure it's inserted all the way in, and close the door.
