You can configure how your loved one receives notifications in their Preferences. Go to More > Caregiver & Member Preferences > Your Loved One's Preferences.
Tap Yes, add phone reminders to enable one of the following notifications:
For app notifications, confirm your loved one's email and tap Send Invite. Your loved one will receive an email instructing them to download the app and create an account.
For SMS reminders, enter your loved one's phone number and tap Confirm. Your loved one will receive a text message containing a code to verify their number.
For phone call reminders, enter your loved one's phone number and tap Confirm. Your loved one will receive a phone call with a code to verify their number.
