How to add meds to the schedule (Video Tutorial)

Go to your Hero app and open the "Meds" tab.

Tap the "+" sign in the top right corner.

Start typing your medication name, and the app will suggest all matching options.

Can’t find your medication? Type out the full medication name and create one manually.

Select the medication form and dosage strength.

Tap "Next" to start setting up your doses.

Choose how frequently you take the medication: Everyday, Specific weekdays, or As Needed.

If you choose "As Needed," you can dispense this medication manually using Hero’s main menu.

Select how many times per day you take the medication.

Add as many daily doses as needed and set the pill quantity for each dose individually.

Tap "Continue" to review the medication details.

You can enable a dispense passcode to protect access to the medication or set how many as-needed pills you can dispense per day.

Once everything is set, tap "Confirm."

Your Hero will automatically assign a free cartridge to the new medication.

Follow the instructions from your smart pill dispenser to load the medication.
