The Hero app displays either "pill level" or "days left" based on the information you provided:
If you did not enter an exact pill count, you'll see pill level (for example: high, medium, or low).
If you did enter an exact pill count, you'll see days left based on your dosage schedule.
The estimated pill level is generally accurate for average-sized pills; however, if your pills are very small or very large, enter the exact pill count for more precise tracking.
How to the number of pills left, or to update pill count
On the Hero smart dispenser, press any button to enter the main menu, then select Pill status > Medication > Check cartridge > Update Pill Count.

My Hero says my meds are low, but they are not
This happens when Hero estimates pill level for very small pills - this is why we recommend updating the pill count on the smart dispenser.
