Follow the instructions below to view, edit, or remove your medication schedule:
Proper timing of edits ensures that there are no interruptions to your schedule and minimizes risks such as double dosing. Always make adjustments with care and consideration of your current therapy plan.
To edit dispense time for your entire dose:
When editing dose timings, please ensure that the dispense time window (4h by default) has passed for that dose. If the dispense time window hasn't passed, and you moved a past dose to later today, the smart dispenser effectively sees two doses, and may offer the same dose again. The Hero app will show an alert if this situation occurs - follow on screen prompts.
Open up the Meds menu in your Hero app.
Select the Schedule tab to view your medication schedule.
To edit the time of day of a schedule, select the schedule you want to change and then select edit in the top right corner.
To edit dispense time for a single medication:
Open up the Meds menu in your Hero app.
Select the List tab to view your medication list and schedule.
Select the medication you would like to edit
Next to the medication schedule, select the edit pen option to adjust it
To remove a single medication schedule:
Open the Meds menu in your Hero app.
Select the Schedule tab to view your medication schedule.
Select the schedule you would like to remove.
Tap on delete icon in the top right corner, then tap on Save to confirm selection.
