If you've updated your router or changed your home Wi-Fi settings, you'll have to reconnect Hero to Wi-Fi.
To do, press any button on Hero, select Device Settings, then Connect to Wi-Fi. If you're already connected to a network, but want to change to a new one, select Change Network. Select your new Wi-Fi network, and enter your password.
Once your Hero has connected to Wi-Fi, press Okay, and Hero will resume tracking and dispensing your medication on schedule.
