If you happen to miss a dose of your medication, no worries, it happens to the best of us! And if you're able to dispense it within an hour of its scheduled time, it'll be tracked as on-time.
However, if you dispense a missed or skipped dose more than an hour after its scheduled time, our system will track it as late. Don't worry, it's just a gentle reminder to help you stay on track with your medication regimen.
The Insights section offers adherence rate analysis in a weekly or monthly view:
The weekly view (which is the default display) is calculated based on a full calendar week (i.e. Monday to Sunday).
The monthly view spans a full calendar month (Jan, Feb, Mar, and so on)
To switch between the views, simply flip the switch at the top right corner of the main Insights screen. Tap the top adherence rate box to access a more detailed analysis of your ongoing adherence.
